Salon Policy/Procedures

Hello everyone! I wanted to update you with some helpful information to get you ready for your next appointment with me.

As you can imagine, things are going to be a little bit different moving forward. Despite all of the changes in the world right now, I’m doing my best to maintain the calm and relaxing atmosphere that i’ve worked so hard to cultivate. Please read this notice in its entirety so that you are fully prepared for your appointment day.

FEEL SAFE AND BEAUTIFUL!

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and may be transferred one time only. Client must contact stylist. Confirmation and Cancellation Policy. We request 72 hours when rescheduling & 48 hours notice when cancelling a service(s). Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior, so the staff will be prepared to provide the best service. If we can not contact you before your appointment, we will consider that as a cancellation. A cancellation or No Show within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. Thank you so much!

YOUR EXPERIENCE


VIRTUAL CHECK - IN

Please wait in your vehicle. Call/text Alxandra, then wait for her to greet you outside and enter the salon. Do not attempt to walk into the salon anytime before I come to greet you. We have other stylists and clients on the premises and we are working out hardest to adhere to the social distancing rules set on place for Washington State. If you are early, PLEASE wait in your car until you are instructed to enter. ( blasting the heat can affect your body’s core temperature and provide inaccurate temperature readings.)

GUESTS ONLY

No friends or family members will be able to join you for your appointment. Children under 16 are not allowed in the salon. I will only allow parents/ guardian of minors/disabled to remain in salon during services.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Please leave bulky items in your car & only bring essential items with you (ie. keys, wallet, phone, book, snacks) for your personal entertainment. The waiting area magazines have been removed until further notice. For clients with long appointments, please prepare yourself beforehand ; outside food delivery will not be allowed at this time.

UPON ENTERING

You will receive a temperature check with a touch-less thermometer. There will be a waiver for you to sign before your appointment. Any abnormal readings may result in rescheduling.

MASKS

The use of an ear loop mask will be required at all times. If you do not have one, they will be available for purchase. You will not be serviced without one.

Disposable - $2. Washable - $10+

SANITIZE

Please wash sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival and sanitize your hands before leaving the salon.


PAYMENT

Alx will be accepting card payment only at this time. No Cash will be accepted.

THE SALON AND STYLISTS

THE SPACE

Our stations are built 6+ feet apart.

SERVICING TIMING

Alxandra will block a 30 minute slot after each guest to ensure proper cleaning and disinfecting of our tools and salon.


SALON SCHEDULE

Alxandra’s schedule will be staggered to decrease the amount of ppl in our space at one time.

PPE.

Alxandra will be wearing a fresh apron for each client, mask/faceshield at all times while working with guests.

SALON TOOLS AND STATIONS

Will be cleaned and disinfected between each of her guests.

RETRAINING

Alxandra will be completing additional training to adhere to the strict guidelines that have been set in place for our industry. Additionally, she has completed the Barbicide training.

REBOOKING

An option to rebooking will be presented to you at the time of checkout. If you do not choose to pre-book then you may still request an appoint using the private booking link provided by Alxandra. Existing Clients do not need to sign up for the wait list
